Training

Working in the CO₂ geological storage industry involves rapidly evolving technologies and regulatory complexities that can be very challenging for new companies and professionals. CGSS has designed the following three one day training courses to provide up to date and practical knowledge of the work flows and issues associated with the CO₂ geological storage industry. Course participants are taken through a series of team-based practical exercises using real data sets to provide hands-on experience in: source-sink matching and storage site risking in module 1; screening, mapping and estimating capacity for a storage site in module 2; and developing and costing an exploration program in module 3.
